VARSAVIA, 11 DIC - La Corte costituzionale polacca ha stabilito che le multe imposte dalla Corte di giustizia europea per il mancato rispetto delle sue decisioni sono contrarie alla legge fondamentale del Paese. La Corte, che secondo Bruxelles non soddisfa più i requisiti di un tribunale indipendente, ha stabilito che le multe imposte in relazione a una controversa riforma del sistema giudiziario e alla gestione di una miniera di carbone "sono contrarie alla Costituzione polacca".
