WASHINGTON, 11 GEN - L'assistenza americana all'Ucraina nella sua guerra contro la Russia "si è interrotta": lo ha confermato il portavoce del consiglio per la sicurezza nazionale John Kirby dopo l'esaurimento dei fondi stanziati dal Congresso, mentre a Washington continuano i negoziati tra dem e repubblicani su un nuovo pacchetto di aiuti, che potrebbe essere legato a nuove misure di sicurezza al confine col Messico contro la crisi migratoria.
