RANGON, 02 NOV - La giunta militare birmana ha perso il controllo di una città strategica al confine con la Cina in seguito ai combattimenti contro un'alleanza di tre gruppi etnici armati: lo ha reso noto un portavoce del governo militare. "Il governo, le organizzazioni amministrative e le forze di sicurezza non sono più presenti" a Chinshwehaw, che confina con la provincia cinese dello Yunnan, ha affermato ieri sera Zaw Min Tun in un messaggio registrato.
