ALGERI, 08 SET - È del 48,03% l'affluenza alle elezioni presidenziali in Algeria al termine delle operazioni di voto ieri alle 21.00, ora italiana, con una crescita di 9 punti percentuali rispetto al 2019. Lo ha annunciato a mezzanotte il presidente dell'Anie, l'Autorità Nazionale Indipendente per le Elezioni, Mohamed Charfi, alla televisione pubblica algerina, riferendosi però al tasso medio di affluenza.. L'annuncio tardivo di Charfi ha sorpreso molti, dato che alle 17:00 l'affluenza era del 26,46%, 7 punti in meno rispetto alla stessa ora nelle presidenziali del 2019, con un salto di 22 punti in sole tre ore. Charfi dovrebbe annunciare i risultati dello scrutinio in una conferenza stampa oggi, mentre le prime indiscrezioni provenienti dai rappresentanti del presidente uscente indicano una vittoria schiacciante di Tebboune nella maggior parte delle province.
